This hardness conversion chart shows the relationship between the Brinell, Rockwell and Superficial Rockwell scales

There is no true comparison between Brinell and Rockwell hardness scales, however, this hardness conversion chart (which is for guidance only) gives the approximate relationship between a hardness expressed as a Brinell number, a hardness expressed as a Rockwell number and a hardness expressed as a superficial Rockwell number.
